went into water yesterday in auckland..water was bad..

didnt see any fish bigger than a coin...lol..

I know it's not much of a help, but I don't know anything of NZ sealife. If you were in the Mediterranean, then I'd say: watch the bait with the current from your back, or buy a torch and peep into every hole.
