Lionfish hunting in Florida Keys

I have been researching if it is legal to hunt Lionfish in the Florida keys (Monroe County) north of Long Key (which is a non-spear fishing area). I want to hunt in non-SPA, EMA, etc areas. Can’t find anything conclusive…

Does anyone have insight on this?
