I found funny looking bi-fins, though this time they are not regular fins. These are quite uncommon hands fins. They are not to be used like hand fins for swim training, but rather in similar way like with your feet. Just watch the video to get a better idea.
I wonder if it would be allowed at AIDA competitions. Though am not quite sure if the use of such hand fins can bring any performance boost at all - you can swim faster with them, but you also spend more oxygen. I'd be curious about some serious tests. However, I am sure you need to train long time before you get used to such thing and find the right technique.
