Ahoy!

Arived @ TC Thusday night after one heluva drive, non-stop from Prince George. Conditions quite a bit different then last year, the viz is less as the tides are small and the water heavy with suspended particulate. not seeing the schooling black's outside the mouth of the cove, but plenty of greenling. took a large Quillback Rockfish yesterday, went just shy of 4lbs by the office scale. he made me work, little bugger was in 68ft of water. fishing has been deep, not really seeing anything untill 50ft, then it's just yellow's into the 60's when the quillbacks and China's start apearing. the "dark Zone" starts around 65ft and there be the fish! bloddy cold down there.... no ling cod sighted yet, but found some nice walls yesterday during the end of my dive I want to explore today. ears were frozen shut by that point.... Water temp is 48F at surface. Feign, Erik and Lars arive later today! more to come....

Damn your making me very jealious... We're in a rain spell here and the vis is just crap and its been like this for 2 weeks now.

Happy hunting Colin. We've got to sort out this trip as well. I can't wait for that.
