Crystal Palace is going to stay open until at least September which means Crystal Freediving Club ( with the only 50m pool in the UK for training) is going to stay alive!!

Will make the trip from Bognor sometime but it would be easier if you had a session on the weekends... what are the chances?? I've logged all my gear hear from NZ and haven't used it in 3months (it's killing me!). plus, do you want warning when I'm coming, or do I just turn up. julia

Unfortunately I think Dave has moved out of London and the Crystal Freediving Club is closed for now. It might be opening again soon - I'll let you know if it does.

Donna - I think Ross is running Crystal Palace - but he doesn't appear on here often so might not have read this thread

and anyway.. all of you.. get out of the pool and come along to the real stuff! saltfree next meet is next weekend and then again in november, december, january.. all year round!

Crystal Palace is opening again on 6th October. We closed for a while when we were left with an (unreasonable) price rise for a "qualified lifeguard". There has been a fair bit of interest recently so we are happy to be giving it another go.

Is not the ocean, but is the only 50m pool in London. Nuff said.

Ross is doing most of the organising but if you want to come, contact me at freediver@fastmail.fm and I'll let you know the details.

If any qualified lifeguards would like to come it will be cheaper for all of us.
