Hi there

I am looking for some advice in regards to buying longblade fins. I have UK5 feet and I would like to be able to use my fins for deep dives but also in the pool. I assume they have to be relatively hard for the deep dives, but I would like them to be as soft as possible as I don't want my legs to cramp up all the time.
I like the look of the Omer Millenium Ice fins but I have been told that they are not a good choice for deep diving.
I also like the Cressi Gara fins but they only have very big sizes...
How many sizes bigger can you get when wearing socks?

I would be grateful for as much info as possible.

I have wierd feet too - perhaps as wide as they are long! My shoe sizes vary all over the place. I have measured them at 25cm (size 5ish) yet take size 7-8 shoe. For fins the gara's at 40/41 are OK with a sock and fin retainers...
