I suppose I should give up my dream of starting that "All-you-can-eat Fried Catfish" restaurant, where every customer could individually enjoy an all-you-can-eat single serving of fried, whole Mekong catfish.
are those the catfish that they have in the Moat (river?) by the palace in Bangkok? I can remember throwing whole loafs of bread off the bridge and watching a massive mouth emerge from the dark water and swallow it whole...
