Long shot but worth a try....

As some of you know, I lived in Cyprus with my hubby Martin and our two kids. Some of you also knew that Martin had been ill with a brain tumour.

Sadly, Martin recently lost his fight with cancer. We had returned to the UK as Martin's health deteriorated very rapidly in the last few months, he passed away peacefully with all of his family and friends able to say their goodbyes.

Trying to come to terms with what has happened is hard, but slowly I am getting there. We owned a house in Cyprus, which I now need to sell, and I need to sell as quickly as possible. I won't be returning to Cyprus to live, I would rather just have my memories of our time there.

If anyone reading this is looking for, or knows of anyone that is looking for a good sized 3 bed detached house near to Larnaca, could you please make contact with me for further info. I have reduced the price to €190,000 and I am prepared to negotiate on that price also, I really do need to sell as soon as I can.

I'm really sorry to hear about your husband Donna (don't know if you remember me, Mark H had put us in touch).

I live in London for a while now but I did grow up in Cyprus and still have many friends and family there, so I'll mention it and if hear anything I will definitely let you know. I'm assuming you've put it on with some agents/papers there already...

Thank you Simos, I do remember us talking via email.

I have advertised the property but as always with Cyprus, nothing happens very quickly i would be very grateful if you could mention this to your friends and family still in Cyprus. I think my best hope of selling is by people asking around etc....the other thing worth mentioning is that the house does have title deeds....
