Loob!

I have a new 7mm Cressi Apnea wetsuit. I bought the same one I did my free diving course in, so I know it should fit, but it can't remember what the instructor recommend to use to "loob up" in order to get in to it!

Any suggestions? I think he had some sort of hair conditioner??

I've tried quite a few different mixtures, antibacterial body soap, hair conditioner etc but I always go back to aqueous cream.

I use 2-3 tablespoons of unscented aqueous cream per 750ml of water. When mixing I use warm water as it speeds up the rate at which the cream dissolves in the water.

Conditioner works great for me (standard body milk, too but not as good). Both of the two I use diluted with water.

Dollar store conditioner in the highest quantity and a scent I can stand...
And water.

First advice is try not to get a highly scented soap or hair conditioner cause after you have worn your suit for a few hours in the water it isn't going to smell great I use a powerade bottle and fill it about 1/5 of the way with hair conditioner (don't use shampoo! you will end up with foam every were when you take of your suit) then the rest with warm water, then lube up and go!
