I Ab dive Northern CA, Freedive as much as I can and SCUBA when I am not Freediving. Most of my buddies can not go as much as I want to. Let me know your weekend availability. Thanks

I will be in San Francisco for three months this summer... I don't know if that counts as northern California but if you are somewhere not to far away some freediving would be great.

Max

That counts!

I'm always up for some diving, and have pretty much any weekend free.

I'm in the East Bay area near San Francisco.

Sounds great man!

Lets make that happen. I will bring my gear to the states... no scuba though... only freediving.

Sounds good!

I may have to rent a wetsuit, but other than that I should be good to go.

Hi Guys I am in northern california ...the east bay Castro Valley to be exact. I need a diving buddy too... lets dive!!!

Hi,

My name is Serjio and I live in the bay area. I have been reading threads on here for a while and finally decided I should join.

I am a member of the Retrosub list but I have not been able to meet up with many of the guys just yet.

I am always trying to learn from the vets so please add me as a friend.

Last Sunday I dove Linda Mar in Pacifica on a solo trip and could not see a thing. Not even my hand. Then on Monday I see a post that a guy was able to spear a couple perch.

My problem is knowing when to go, where to go, and where to find. I have yet to spear a quality fish to this day accept when I first dove in baja, and monterey but I dont consider perch quality fish. Starting to get frustrated.
I at least want to see some blues but I cant even locate. Any advice. I would liketo make dive buddies on here because I dont really have any dive buddies.
My best friend is a 450 pound samoan and well.....he just floats!!!:t

LOL.

Thank you,

Serjio

freediver in Northern CA

Hey guys, just noticed the posts and I didn't have mail set to send me an alert. I'm in Carmel right now, will be diving Whalers cove in Point lobos this morning, night diving tonight and Freediving in the morning with a friend. I lucked out the past few times with some old friends dropping by to dive but that's not always the case. Sometimes I just like to head north for 4-5 hours of freediving on a saturday but no one can go. Lets keep in touch. I can be emailed at divrguy@sbcglobal.net directly.

WIll probably be diving again in a couple of weeks if I can get my daughters bathroom remodel finished... or I'll go anyway.. haha

Dive safe all. Kevin

Hey guys. I'm in Monterey(what's up, Sergio?)and besides next week, i'm usually down to dive down here whenever. Drop me a line if you guys ever wanna get out!

I'll be in the Sea Ranch area in a couple of weeks and will have at least one morning to freedive. From what I can tell, it looks like Salt Point State Park may be my best bet. My first time to the area, so if anyone can steer me to a better place (or tips on Salt Point), I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

Scott
