Hi Gem!

I'm also a noobie looking for someone to dive with!! i've been doing a bit of training at my local pool but not ventured into the english sea yet! I live in Hayling Island in hampshire, might be a bit far? but its worth it for some good pratice... I'm just getting the rest of my equipment at the moment, Have you done any diving at all / got any gear?!

Hi Tom,

I have pretty much everything gear wise except a proper spearfishing suit (cant wait though!) but havent used my gun yet (i got a omer cayman).. At the minute im just been trying to get my weights right and trying to get used to the breath hold as its alot different under water in the sea as opposed to sitting at home!
I have also been practicing the diving as well as i am a total newb to even being under water. I have dived chessil beach and sandbanks a few times so in the near future i will taking the gun out for sure. I gutted my first fish at the weekend (not caught by me im afraid) so im definately getting there.

Private message me on here if your interested in coming down to sandbanks for a dive.
