Hi,

I've been freediving for about 5 years. I'm a strong swimmer, and very comfortable in the water. Also scuba certified. I've done most of my colder water diving around San Diego (mostly La Jolla) and more recently, shore dives in Monterey. I've got weekends and a car, and I'm looking for people who want to freedive in/around the Bay Area. I think spearing is a fine thing to do, but it's not my thing, and so I'm looking for other divers who just want to go out and dive, see what's there to see, enjoy the experience for what it is.

My comfortable dive profile is ~1:30 secs at 50-60ft. My max static apnea is around 4:00, and my max depth (ever) is 100ft. I love to challenge myself, but I'm not interested in blacking out, so I pay attention to how I'm feeling, and I don't push it if I'm not up to it...

Please drop me a line if you want to chat more and maybe go for a dive.
