Looking for softer fins for spearfishing

I have Seacsub Genesis fins but I find them way too stiff.
I don't dive deep, max 15m, usually around 10m.
Any reccomendations for a more comfortable fin that's softer?

Are blades from other manufacturers compatible with my pockets?
