Hi everyone :)

In a somewhat interesting situation. Lost my mask and snorkel (took them off, they fell into the ocean, but I didn't notice until I was home). And then, freakishly found them right next to the put in spot a few weeks later! Pretty miraculous if you ask me.

I've bought some replacements in the meantime, but how should I best clean the stuff that's been in the ocean floor?! It had a small crustacean on it already and all the rubber feels really slimy, though it's got better with a dose of washing up liquid and some quality time with a sponge!

Hi Jarl,
I'm not really an ocean diver, nor have I had this happen to me. But, I'm just thinking logically here.. What I would do, is soak it for a few days in a baking soda/dish soap solution. If it helps, rinse and repeat. I think that should do it.
