I have! But in my case the lottery was from Spain. Almost identical email. Totally a scam.

In get C. 30 of these a day from Nigeria, Spain. Italy , Hungary mostly.
They all go the same way.

Same here ,i also get loads from africa saying i am the sole surviving relative of a ex oil company owner or money is tied up in a bank and they need help to get it. all total scams and they all go bin way.

I don't know as I don't read my spam. :)
My dad printed an almost identicle e-mail to this one about 6 months ago and ask me to check the net if it's for real. Ofcourse it wasn't.
