Hi,
I was holding my breath just now while reading a few forums (I always hold my breath while I'm at the computer!). I did my normal breath-up, took a couple of deep breaths and then one last big one and held it. Instead of my normal relaxed nice feeling I noticed that my heart was beating really hard. Not fast, just hard. Instead of going 'b-bum b-bum b-bum', it was going 'boom boom boom'. What's that all about? Is it anything to worry about?
I had to stop my breath-hold straight away as it felt wierd.
Tom.
