Well damm here i am again,
How much does loungecapacity have to do with being able to hold ones breath. There must be some direct proportionalism.
mine stats are
age 28
hight 175cm ~5.8ft.
lounge size 6 l.
resting heart rate around 40-45

Iguess one can compare weight/height/lounge size in some way??
I do not know much about freediving, but i guess my lunges size compared to my hight are pritty normal.
The guys doing 7+ are they an exception to the rule?
Hope to hear from you guys, and sorry for my poor spelling

Hello, I dont really know how much impact lung capacity has on breath hold times, but here are my stats.
age 20
height 5'10, or id guess about 180cm...
Lung capacity 7.6 L
Resting heart rate 54-60
Static 6:32

What is your static Sommerlund?
