Hi Everyone :)

I've been reading and reading and reading and wow! There is so much info in this forum!

I have been wondering about the effects of apnea on heartrate and blood pressure, and have read some articles and posts.

I have a question though: My blood pressure is quite normal - but I am concerned about the latter part (I think it is called the diastole) of the reading. I average on 120/45. The 120 seems within normal ranges, but the 45 seems a bit low. Is this a potential problem for freediving? or might this be an advantage?
