Which mask should I own? A high or low density mask?

I use the mask for spearfishing. Average depths of 10meters but would like a mask good for at least 25meters.

Thanks.

PS: I'd also like to attach a GoPro HD 2 action camera to it.

The superocchio is a classic mask and has a solid frame that you can bolt a tripod mount to.

I've done it and is great for this purpose.

OK thanks. What about density for the mask? Which is better for spearfishing

Yes sorry. Volume :)

PS: i just posted a thread about apnea, if you'd care to help me out on that too. Thanks mate

It's super low volume. It's a 30+ year old design, but there's only a handful with lower volume. This is THE CLASSIC spearfishing and underwater hockey mask.

Can't go wrong with it!

OK great so that means low density masks are better. May I ask why? And whats the difference from high volume masks?

The internal volume of the mask is lower, which means that as you descend you need to waste less air equalising the mask.

Also it's satisfying to look at others with 'normal' masks while on holiday and sneer quietly.

Lol thanks. I'll be 'sneering' away then :p

Thanks for the help guys!
