Hi lads.
I recently finished my new wooden speargun and I wanted to show it to you guys. It is 115 cm long, made of mahogany. It has got three layers of multidirectional carbon fiber cloth laminated in between planks to increase the durability and make it more stable as it is low profile (25mm barrel). It is designed to hunt for quick fish like sea bass, mullet and bream. It is fitted with magnetic shaft holder in the muzzle (neodymium magnet). It has got the Aquakinetics Trigger Mechanism (it's easily available in UK where I live and has the best dimensions for low profile spearguns - 19mm x 12mm x 100mm), it's fitted with Salvimar Torsion EVO2 6.5mm with wire sharkfins and is designed for up to two rubber slings (tested 2x19mm!!! but too powerful and I fitted 1x16 with additional 16mm sling if needed greater range). It is deadly accurate at range up to 5m!!!
