lower mainland BC good dive sites?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

folks, if anybody could suggest a good site where I can see urchins, cuces, crabs and generally interesting area for freediving. Other points would be accessibility from shore and boating traffic, etc all other relevant info much welcomed. I know some great places, but all scattered around gulf islands. Stuck here on LM for another two weeks...
 
boundary bay supports an incredibly rich and unique ecosystem, it can be stunning on days with 10ish ft vis / enter @ 1001 steps/white rock
 
1001 steps - thank you sir. I was there sometime in the middle of July, before you posted. Of course I didn't know about it ALSO being a dive site, it is a great spot to chill out, not too crowdy. Will bring my gear next time I am there.
