Aloha everyone,
Five days ago I got some pretty good lung squeeze. Had a black out and woke to coughing up blood for about 7 hours. Did the ER thing and of coarse they say I need time to heal. I still have little tightness on a full inhale and get winded under activity.
I`m taking few weeks off from free diving of coarse but I scuba dive as well. Not sure how long I should wait for that? Of coarse wait in till I feel 100% beyond that.
Does anyone have any experience or insight with this?

Care to elaborate what caused your lung queeze? Depth, diving time, etc.

Yeah I got lite squeeze a week before this in some free diving training and so I I think I didn't give it long enough to heal up. This dive was a working dive being that I shot an ula at 90 ft with a time lil under 2 min.

Yes there was had a little fluid in my right lung. And they told me to rest but couldn't say how long.
