Hi deeperblue.

I've noticed that almost every ad on deeperblue nowadays is an ad for the Lunocet!!

Since I'm very interested and delighted that people put in time to develop equipment for freedivers, I sometimes read about the Lunocet 2014, as a potential future customer. However it seems that people don't recieve their order for months and months (5+?). And wasn't it the same the last time a Lunocet was marketet?

I'm not trying to ruin anyones business here, but reading about constant lack of delivery on one hand, and then constantly seing ads for the not-to-be delivered item just conflicts in my mind...

What's going on? Is it ok with deeperblue.com?

I have read that the developer wants it "perfect/better". But it seems that people are not prepaired for 5+ months of delivery.

It kind of irritates me to constantly have to look at the ad, when some/many people are not recieving anything...

What's going on?

(I know members can avoid the ads - so membership is coming up).

Hello Baiyoke,

There was a swift ramp up to production a few months back. However, the feedback from several of the users was taken seriously by me and required some changes. I have communicated to customers who have been waiting on the nature of the delays and changes. Refunds have been made for those who do not wish to wait and free upgrades to those who do. I'm sorry that this offends you but this situation is temporary and being addressed as fast as possible.

Thanks

Ted Ciamillo

Hi Ted.

Firstly let me say that I really like the project of making a new fin in a small sport and also respect that this is in the realm of a relatively small business. And that economics is probably a major factor starting a project like that. In many ways I like what you are doing. I just can't figure out what is going on, and following the thread http://forums.deeperblue.com/threads/2014-lunocet.98232/ with all the information from another guy than yourself, along with a lot of "when will my fin arrive?" is confusing. Then seing ads constantly is puzzling, that's why I'm asking what's going on.

I'm sure this will lead to a good product in the end. And I understand if producing an new/experimental item can be tricky. But it must be equali important to balance income for production on one side - with delivery on the other. So basically I'm kind of asking here if things are getting a little out of balance (seing all the ads), or if it's a reasonable productions task problem.
