Hi SanSan,
good plan for competition and exelent info.
I hope I'll go and see you there:)

I'm prapairing a whole web page for the competition and I hope it will be up and running by the end of next week. There will also be an on-line registration form.

I hope i'll se U all here in Maribor. We'r trying hard to make the competition as interesting as posible and I'm sure we'll have lots of fun.

Great job SanSan,

I will come with fellow ATA member Peter Wurschy and probably some other freedivers from other parts of the Netherlands will come with us as well.

See you soon

SanSan's competition website has been updated. Includes online registration.

Thanx for putting the info here Glenn.

Some new info: Bill Stromberg confirmed to help us on the competition as the main judge. I'm very happy about this as it means we'll have the most competent judge availiable :).

Right now I am gathering some more accommodation options and will put them on-line as soon as possible.

Is anybody still missing anything?

I added some more information about acommodation on the web site and I also have great news: Tom Sietas will be joining us!

C U there ! :)
/ if I won't be bombed - right now I stay in Tel Aviv :) /

Tom on the competition. It is very exciting! And don't forget, the comp has WR status, doesn't it?

Yes we should have WR status. We have doping tests and we have Bill but they didn't change the status on AIDA website yet.

The status on AIDA int. web page was just changed to WR so now there should be no doubt anymore. :)

I would just like to inform you that after tommorow we can no longer guarantee free rooms in students home Drava.
For anyone registering later we will certanly try our best to get suitable accommodation.
You still have 12 days to register for the competition.

There are still a few days left to register. Registration deadline is monday 27. feb.

We got another A judge Dieter Bauman to judge on the competition.

There will be also a W-lan point at the pool. You can request the user/pass at the registration desk.

sad that man and woman was counted together so first women get diploma for 10th place overall and thats all.

I think its little bit shame :-/

I don't know WHAT you are talking about since this was the competition with the most prices i have ever seen.
All men 1-3 , women 1-3 in all disciplines separate as well as together and teams 1-3 got prices. The price seremony alone took more then 30 minutes !

SanSan , well done it was a great competition, even when i had a bad weekend myself, I enjoyed it and was worth the long trip from the Netherlands.

I agree. I thought the ceremenony would never end. We were so tired and hungry. But above all happy and satisfied. This was a realy nice competition. And food after....
Marko
