i started a Youtube channel with 3 videos so far.
Goal is to promote an online stress relief program called "Peace in Every Breath" for busy professionals and parents. I use my freediving adventures as a way to showcase my expertise in breathing and relaxation techniques. Not all videos will be about freediving. There will be tips and tricks for stress relief, not related to freediving.

Please take a look at the 3 videos and give me your most honest feedback.

Hi Gert, liked the vids, have a nice relaxed feel. I think you just have to be yourself and enjoy it - if people like it then good.

Maybe add some text with them about safety - we don't some kids trying a freefall to be cool and not being able to make it back.

I thought when you are talking and holding the camera up high it looks a bit forced. you are probably trying to get more background in, but it comes off a bit strange - I suggest doing it at same level as your eyes or slightly lower. You asked for honesty!
