making glass fiber blades

I have a pair of plastic omer fins (millenium winter). I'd like to make blades in glass fiber of the same shape.
So how would you proceed exactly?
I've never used glass fiber before so I'd need as much help as possible.

and BTW, if this has any importance, I'd like my blades to be a little stiffer than the Millenium Winter blades.

I would go buy a pair from someone who has cracked all the problems involved in making them
I know several people who work with fibreglass for a living who have been trying for a couple of years to produce a decent blade , and are only just getting close. It is not a simple procedure

And $. Lotsa $$. As in pre preg materials, an autoclave and the juice to pul and heat the thing. Been there, done that, and I buy my OMER BAT blades from Mark at Technosport, my Matrix's from Dennis Haussler and my Hybrids from Specialfins. With the $ I save in not making my own, I put my kids through school.
