I've got a little lake about 30 minutes drive from the place I live in and it would be one of the very few dive-possibilities this year for me.

Still, it's better than 3m swimming-pool and I would like to prepare myself for some deeper dives. How should I structure the training. I though about FRC and Empty Lungs dives. Especially with Empty Lungs - how would you progress? I stretch almost daily (this includes "ball stretch", Uddiyana, some empty lung breath holds). I do empty lung dives weekly on the deep end of swimming pool (3m). How would you start empty lung dives in the lake? Should I start with 3m and let say progress 1m each session?

Also, I would like to improve and test my equalization. I use Frenzel but never had a chance to test it below 30m. Would empty lung dives be suitable for this? Is it possible to learn mouth-fill (or at least get the basics) doing empty lung dives? If so what can be done?

Any other ideas how could I train in this shallow pond? (I've got buddy of course).

Aharon Solomons would be an ideal coach for these exact conditions.

Don't listen to anyone else here (me included), as you'll injure yourself with web forum tips for empty lung work.

i think you have to do trining to deal with pumped hight presure are in your lungs .you have to be very relaxt and cornftible
