I don't do much of anything except lie on my bed and hold my breath.

I went out to the UBC pool session last week and I think I'll try to do that regularly. I'm not opposed to spearfishing but I haven't given it much thought. I just like swimming and looking at stuff. What sort of fish do you guys shoot around here? ling? rock fish? flounder? I once ate a flounder that I line caught off the ambleside pier. You can barely taste the sewage!

ling cod when in season,sole,flounder ,green ling ,rock fish when in season we have good spots outta town. theres no good spearing in the vancouver area we also do lots of photography as we have underwater cameras we dont always spear .we dive the wrecks at portue, hit the west coast of van island and heading to bella coola soon. ur more than welcome to join us at any time we dive most every weekend in a group of two or three; the pool sessions are great u can learn lots there.
