As the competition is a one day event, the disciplines are STA and DYF/DNF. So it is the competitors choice if she/he wants to swim with or without fins.

So unfortunately it is not possible to swim dynamic with fins and also dynmic without fins, only one of them for one competitor.

Prizes are updates on the webpage of the competitions.
2x 1 week in Dahab (half board, travelling not included) is now officially between the prizes (offering by Lighthouse divecenter, Dahab)!

Any chance to send the results in an Excel or Open Office file to the AIDA ranking email address? In this way I could add them to the ranking too, as I did with some other competitions from the last days (Canada, Netherlands).

Thanks!

Hi!

First I would like to thank everybody involved: the competitors (in that blizzardy weather!), organizers, helpers (the safety guys from Slovakia), and big thanx to our sponsors (Lighthouse Divecenter Dahab, Anubis Travel, Abyss divecenter, 11-es Utmutato, KapuProfi, TDE, KaonaPlast, Effekt Marketing, Spauza Wellness, Ingatlan Portal, PestiEst).

Trux! I sent the results.

The results are also published it on the page of the comeptition (Results / Eredmények - MAN4 - AIDA Hungary ). Sorry to be that late, but I was too busy this week.

And one interesting fact: we had a deaf competitor, who was competing sucessfully (only at static he made less, than announced, but SP was OK). I don't know, if there are many deaf people around the world doing freediving. Do you know sg about it? May be AIDA Int. could handle this issue (that they could compete with no disadvantages, as much as possible).

We had a very strong media coverage, because of Akos's O2 WR attempt, at least 20 articles in diferent online and paper news, several interviews, ... . You can find some links here: AIDA Hungary :: Téma megtekintése - MAN IV

We plan to edit a DVD with the performances, with video material. We have very good underwater footages. We will send an email describing how to get this DVD to the competitors, and it will be on the competition webpage as well.

So, I hope to see you again, next year!

Keep diving,
Jee / Szabolcs Jaray
AIDA Hungary

Thanx! :) The SFJSFC (and all other competitors) are welcome on the next also! :)

BTW: a Czech competitor left a Yingfa swimming suit at the pool. Unfortunately, when we asked about it the next day at the pool, they didn't know about it.

One last chanec is to get this back to it's owner is that if accidentally one competitor packed this swimming suit (black/blue coloured), and brought away. In this case, if you you about it, please send an email, or write a post here! Thank you!
