The OUTLET being on is like a 'Crap shoot' you don't know if it will be on or not. The last time I went it was sub zero temps and it was on- but barely. I'm trying to find a web cam that shows the capital from the right directions- that would help.

I drove by there this morning and took a peek. The water was on and there was this 4'+ musky sitting right in front of the pipe. When the wind would blow the steam away you could see that he water was crystal clear and there were a bunch of fat 20-30 pound carp just hanging out there. Ice wasn't melted out quite as far as when Scott and i were last there, but there was still plenty of open water.

so am i able to get anyone to come with me or are you guys going to leave me to go by myself :)
