Hi All,
It will be good to see you there tonight.
As Stephan mentioned, I'll be along a little later at about 8pm. This session I shall be bringing along some static tables for you to try out.
These are designed to increase your resistance to high levels of CO2 and low levels of O2.
We can also do dynamic tables which can be quite hard work.
The Toypedo shall also be packed in my dive bag tonight if anyone wants a little knock around in the last half hour or so, great for fitness and breath holding in general!
We shall be welcoming two new freedivers to our Tribe tonight, James Smith and Anna Von Boetticher.

It was good to meet you all last night. Simon's induction course was very good and the pool session afterwards was excellent, especially Toypedo!!! Could someone apologise to David for me, please, as I left my borrowed wetsuit inside-out on the side of the pool. I must have been on a bit of a high.........

No problem James, I put the suit on a hanger to dry, did I not tell you in the induction, static training ruins your short term memory? He-he!. Only kidding!
So glad you enjoyed the induction session, I could tell you were fascinated by the physiology side of it. The body is amazing.
If you want me to, I can bring along some kit (lots of it) for next month so you can make an informed decision on anything you may want to get.
Anna, you may want to sit in on that too. You'd think in Freediving there'd hardly be much kit available, fins-mask-suit, you will be surprised.
