i recently lost my mask paddling past the surf on the way to a dive i have been using my backup mask recently but i would like a new one. i was using a mantis 5 riffe sells on but i bought from the manufacturer i would like something with a lower volume i am just curious what masks you have used and what has worked well and what was a bust. thanks in advanced.

Cressi matrix!
This is the best mask I have ever used.
I have seen many divers using it because it is so comfortable and has very good vis.
My mask just keeps going and going, I had to change the strap but that's all for hundreds of dives. Excellent mask

Agree with above , maybe for me the cressi big eyes evo just has the edge , it is more expensive though .

Micromask is good, but only fits some people, have a loke at the NEW SPORASUB!!!!!! very flash and fits owe so good. tiny volume big vision!

damn i hate having to spen more money on gear but i just cant help myself!!!!

Hi, guys. I have been using Omer Bandit in the Med and one-window frameless Omer mask in the Atlantic, but the latter has started leaking lately, so I wonder which mask to buy for freedive spearfishing at 45 feet or so in the murky waters of Atlantic. Omer has discountinued frameless models, it seems. And, as much as Omer Zero looks cool I am thinking it won't fit me because I have a rather wide face and longer than average nose. So the the closest in shape to the frameless Omer - that I own - happens to be Beuchat Maxlux. Has anyone used that mask? I am of course going to try the nearest freedive shop to see what fits, but in the meantime would be grateful for any advice on whatever model you think would fit a guy with my anthropological features and that would work in murky waters.
Thank you.
