Just read the above by Jan Neal 1997. Great read , will read it again in a week. My question is how up to date is the information on breath up and how widely accepted is this book.
 
never read or heard of it, but it seems to me this sport is evolving so fast something that old would be a bit dated, most schools have there own manuals and pelizzari's manual of freediving is pretty common reference as far as books go
