meadow lake spearfishing

I am planning a spearfishing trip to meadow lake provincial park. I have done my reasearch on some maps and I would lke to kno if anyone has ever dived/spearfished Rusty Lake, Stanley Lake, Kimball Lake? How is the visibility ? Whens the best time to go? How is the fishing there? Any information would be greatly appriecated . thanks
