Hi guys

Been having trouble finding a a wetsuit that'll fit. I'm 188 cm (6'2) and weigh 76-77 kg (170 lb).

I think I'm right on the border between Medium tall and ML-tall. Problem is, Riffe seems to be the only two-piece wetsuit that stocks those sizes, and (because they're on the expensive side) no one stocks them in Perth, WA that I can find, meaning I can't try one on and see.

Are there any other brands I should try? Is smaller better when you're not sure? Any comments appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi there, I'm just over 6'2'' and just under 80kg so pretty similar to you. I bought a cressi apnea suit in size 4 which is open cell on the inside and nylon on the outside. the fit is really good except for on the arms which are a bit lose. most of these suits stretch a lot in order to provide good flexibility, this also means that they can fit a wide range of people too. The size 4 is one down from the suit that is right for my height because I am a slim build. here is a link to the cressi site Cressi Spearfishing Diving Wear - Apnea
If you have any other questions i'd be glad to lend me meagre knowledge.
Hope you find what you are looking for.

Greg.

Great! Thanks guys. Will price a custom, but for the meantime I'll go and have a look at the cressis.

Just in time for a trip to the Abrolhos.

Cheers

Custom made suit from the company linked are extremely good value at $170 (US dollars but company is european)!!

Any people with experience with this company?

It looks like a great value option if you want the materials offered.

Kars, dive skin is a very popular suite amongst our members, lots of folk use them & I have never read a bad report from anyone!
People tend to compare the suits to eleos custom made suits & although the general opinion is they are not quite the same quality but - very close!
