New to freediving out of NY (I know, right?)..
I went lobstering, conch-ing in the Grand Cayman in Jan 2020 and simply fell in love with the practice and how comfortable I was in the water.
I'll be making rounds in Florida from Nov - April - Any advice on best places for a newbie? Anyone in the area? For now I'm practicing dry (and pool) breathing techniques. Working with what I have for now. My main goal is to be able to go spearfishing by the end of 2021..
