Missing item when purchase in Diveinn

Hi all,

I have bought 2 sets of scubapro Regulator with Octopus MK11/S270/R095 from diveinn.com
They shipped the parcel pretty fast and i receive it within 2 weeks. However, when i receive the parcel, i find that there are no R095 Octopus and I am trying to ask their customer service help now.
May i know if anyone have experience on that? Will diveinn re-ship the missing octopus or i need to return the whole parcels?
