mono for gun in uk

hi all this is my first post i have a mares instinct 100 carbon speargun im trying to rig it for the uk can any body tell me how many mm or what size mono line i will need for my gun

I hunt in Denmark - not much different from UK. I would suggest one (or two) wrap of 1,8 mm mono line.
