monofin is to large

hi

I have a question, I have the fins of speacial finnish but the foot pocket is something great is there a way to reduce it?
Maybe there is a lot of interstate and get back gluing something hopefully someone can help me?

Simple solution is to use neoprene socks but it's also possible to make the strap shorter (consult the manufacturer before doing this).
