Does anyone have any experience with the monofins from Breier. For those who dont know what Breier is, it is a French brand and they have a good reputation for being quality products. I was just wondering if anyone who has tried these fins before has an opinion before I go out and buy one.

Thanks in advance

I have four breier fins:
Brut S1
Brut S2
Brut DF1
Brut DF2

The footpockets are the worst in the world. The S blades are far too stiff. The DF blades are a bit softer, but still too stiff. I ripped off the footpocket from the DF2 and bonded a finis footpocket to it. The result was an okay fin which was still a bit too stiff. The brut fins also seem to warp easily from either sunlight or storing them incorrectly, so my fins are all warped.

My recommendation is to get a waterway.

i've seen Mat-Mas footpockets - they are truly awful. big heavy blocks of hard rubber.

Waterway are the best in my opinion... and fortunately the cheapest, it would seem.

i think Guillaume Nery uses a Brier... so his model (whatever it is) is obviously good for 90+

guidones are nice but they cost around 300 euroes for one :S
Ok thanks for the info guys!
