More Bar Banter - No toilet, no seat

Village council candidates in India should be allowed to stand for election only if they have a toilet at home, says the rural development minister .

In a letter to all chief ministers, Raghuvansh Prasad Singh said the toilet rule should be set out in law.

He said too many elected members "do not have toilet facilities in their own houses and defecate in the open".

Whatever next??? I wonder who the "Toilet-Check Police" are.. rofl rofl

in March i saw some classic ones in Dubai from the rental houses i was looking at... rofl in one house the lid and seat were made of stained glass chips, god i cracked up laughing.. just couldn't imagine any human sitting on that having a cr@p rofl rofl
