Hi all,

did my first trial of the co2 and o2 tables last night....

I did the cos'2 ending up at the eight on 1.0 ventilate and 2.30 static

the 02 ending up at the 8th on 2.0 ventialte and 3.0 static...

however this was very difficult!!!! but i enjoyed the challenge...

are these average results???

how often should i do this???

and I take it after a period of training the contractions or whaetever you call them get easier and later on in the hold???

also towards the end i felt as if my heart beat was speeding up rather than slowing down.....do you have any advise on how you all learnt to control this and keep calm and focused???

and can anyone give me anyidea about apnea walking......ie how long for how fast and ventilate/static rates

sorry to be a pain im know im probably asking some very daft questions, but i really am keen to do this and do it right!!!!

cheers all

sazza

Hi sazza
all results will vary from person to person its really to see if they improve which i am sure they will. 2.30 sounds good for starters
have seen it before at every two days at a max or twice or three times a week but only a max attempt every so often like once a month -6 weeks maybe
contractions can come later or be easier to deal with depends on person.
speeded up heart is normal just try to relax more take your time think about something you like and that relaxes you.
not sure on apnea walking but just try to increase the distance walked or the rest time reduced and do it on a soft surface in case you fall.
