Has anyone been spearfishing in Morocco ?
Any good places to go to ?
Can you recommend any locations and the kinds of fish that might be found ?

Best time of year to go and spearfish there ?

What sort of depths are necessary ?

Are there any kinds of dangers that need to be looked out for ? Sharks ?

I have been to Morocco quite a few times but have never spearfished there.

Are there any places to avoid ? Are tehre any really good places for just freediving and looking around ?

Anyone interested in going ?! I speak passable French and have a smattering of arabic and know my way around Maroc a bit....

Cheers for any info.
Do you get Meditteranean type fish there - such as amberjack / bream / bass / octopus / grouper / dentex ?

Anyone with any info anywhere !

Well looks like the coast divides from Tangier to Essaouira and from there to Tarfaya.

The Canary islands are pretty close - does any one have any experience from there ? I was thinking it might be similar to Morocco ?

Cheers for any advice....

Hey man, I'm looking for the same info. [ame="http://forums.deeperblue.net/showthread.php?p=538043#post538043"]Spearing Regulations Europe[/ame]
