Hello all,
I've been using the frenzel method of equalization for a few years now. Is there a more efficient method out there to learn?

im still on frenzel but i think mouthfill is the next one up sorry i can be of more help

I think Frenzel is very efficient for most people. If you want to go deeper than RV you probably need to add mouthfill or reverse pack techniques, and very likely will have to learn to uncouple the soft palate from the esophogus. I always have voluntary hands free but past RV I have to reverse pack to EQ the ears, and to EQ my mask I have to keep my esophagus closed, open the soft palate, and push air into my nose using my tongue.
