My wife owns a house in Santa Cruz and we're moving there asap. I'm a young 64, she's 49. We're going to do a lot of snorkling and I'm considering diving lessons. We will be there 11 months of the year and have lots of pig roasts.

Question: Will I have any trouble getting a pneumatic speargun through customs in Manila? Is a pneumatic speargun what I should get?
