It doesn't look so good for dynamics as I don't think it will slip through the water well, though he might sink easily. And to think that you can achieve a body like that without drugs or any artificial enhancing! I wonder what his calves are like?

The only part that isn't pumped up is his head,(did he forgot to train his cheeks, it would look like a hamster :D) looks a little bit very much ugly :yack
If this is really is a natural product of dedicaced training and eating, than he must be training since decades because i thought it's only possible to gain ~3 kg of pure muscle mass per year. But maybe I'm wrong...

Thats just plain scary and way over done, I wont tell him that while within reach distance though, luckily theyre not very fast runners :martial rofl

The truth is that Photoshop can do amazing things!

It is also possible to gain much more than 3 kg a year without drugs.

More than 3kg a year? I meant pure muscle mass, cause drinking a lot of beer (hey I'm german after all) would be the other way for me to gain weight :D

Yes, we Brits and Germans do like our beer!

The top bodybuilders have gained over 10 kgs pure muscle in the first 6 months of weight training and continued to make great gains naturally before chemical 'help'.

all top bodybuilders juice. NO way in hell they gain 10kgs of lean muscle naturally in 6 months.

You certainly have to juice to be a top bodybuilder - doesn't mean, though, that they juiced from the beginning.

I'm afraid some people can! In the late 1940s (an era not known for its steroid use) the great Steve Reeves gained 30 pounds (14 kg) of solid muscle in the first 4 months working out! If you have the genetics and the mindset it is possible. Reeves story is definitely not an isolated one.

Might be real - I once saw a women's bodybuilding contest on tv and they looked almost as bad as that. Keeping fit is good, but that is going way too far...

Yeah I know very little about the entire process but when I found out they dehydrate themselves that was it for me :(

I saw that too, it must do some damage. Even if they don't use steroids, it can't be good to be dehydrated and starving.

I would say that it is definitely a photoshop job.

It is worth remembering that bodybuilders are in contest condition (when most photographs are taken) for a very short time. But the bodyfat levels (near 2-4%) and dehydration combined with energetic posing have been a fatal combination in the past a number of times. Taking the huge quantities of drugs is hardly healthy either.

I remeber talking to some other lifters and found that they hardly ever stopped eating. Not sure if they were a different type of lifter or what but I am curious do these guys bulk then cut as well?

Some guys only go a few pounds (around 10 or so) above contest weight but the majority will gain more. Some gain 40 pounds! Bulking and cutting is the usual way to go.

they eat small portions every 2 hours. This makes you lose weight and you get the optimum carb/calorie/protien intake for building muscle.
