My DYN training log

Saturday 1/11/2025

Warmup 400yd
14*25u with 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/4/4/4/4/3/3 breaths in between (350u)
10*50u/25f/25u resting 1:00 (1000u/750u) -- 30:45 total time so 3:04/ea
10*25uf DNF in 14:25 (1:26/lap) (500/250u) -- 5 breaths at the wall

Total - 1850/1350u

I have developed an extreme aversion towards my first workout, I might drop it. 2nd workout I am getting close to my 30:00 goal. 3rd workout I am getting faster, with 4 breaths at the wall I will definitely get it to around 13:30.

10*50u @ 2:00 (500u)
5*60u @ 3:00 (300u)
10*25uf DYN in 10:14 (1:01/lap) (500/250u) -- 2-3 breaths at the wall

Total - 2050yd/1400u

Hit a huge PR time on the 10*25 over/unders with fins. Also going to start focusing on longer DYN exercises now instead of CO2 stuff.
