my first curvina

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

last week ( before 6 days ) i went in early mornning to spearefishing
i went alone north of Hetzelia for a sure name Sidni-Ali (arab name )
i went allmost 2 km norte to the point i like the most called Apolonia ruins
i got into the water in 6:00 water at 21c 3mm open cell suit 'my favorite
spearegun beuchat mundial elite 90 , clear calm water
nice dive at 4-8 m deep in ambush method i manage to take out
1.8 k red grouper
7 sea bream ( sargo )
2 zebra sea bream ( zebra sargo )
and oכ course 1.2 k of beautifull curvina
i have photos only of the curvina

hey Pablo has a Cobra too.. seems to be the Kayak to buy - so many guys have recommended it.
 
hi dear friends
this fish was made in hoven after 2hr marinated in lemon juice
garlic salt peper and a bit of ouzo :) of course olive oil
then it went to hoven in 180C for 30 min
served with fresh basil garlic chili and tomatos
pics and recipe wil be soon in the right place

With Ouzo...gonna give that a shot, :p great fish!! great cook!!
 
that's a pity. Curvina is too easy to shoot. Just stays there looking at you.
