hello good people of db,

some very exciting news recently came to my attention thus i am overjoyed to announce to the greater freediving public:

my photo is featured on the elios website! :king

hard to believe but yes, it's true! i am now famous! indeed, i never imagined i would ascend to such vaunted heights. for a recreational (read "common hack") freediver like myself it is truly is a great honour...."i would like to thank the accademy, my mom and of course deeperblue, who made this all possible :inlove."

to view my piece of freediving posterity first click the link:

News

then to see the very prominently displayed photo in question --- click "gallery" on the left-hand side of the page----scroll to the bottom of the photos and i am approx 3 rows up---drag the mouse over the picture and it reads "Vancouver Canada 2007": i am standing in snow wearing a brown camo wetsuit.

many people have asked for more details about that infamous day last winter when the photo was taken (e.g., "how cold was it?", "did you actually go in the water", "why are your fins so big?", "why do you look like a seaweed leopard?", etc.); however, as i am currently working on a book detailing my experiences that day, my editor has instructed me to keep mum. in fact, we are hoping for a fall launch of the book so keep your eyes peeled: a working title thus far 'Sean's Grand Day Out---a Freediver's Rise to International Stardom'. ;) ;) ;)

cheers,
sean
vancouver, canada

p.s.
i am available for autographs or children's birthday parties for the right fee $$$$

Congrats Harbour Seal! Welcome to the club! I'm about 2 rows up and one to the left. Let me tell you the childrens parties get out of hand! Prepare for the phone to be ringing off the hook. Get an agent. :D
