hi

Yeah Iya wonder what the wr for Jobbies is. A guy on the GBR speared one at 14.5kg. That Jobbie would have looked like a horse. My biggest is only 16lb. Very yummy size.

cheers

Did someone say jobfish ...:D

Gut and scale ,
Put some Riesling on ice
Fill body cavity with onions and garlic
Score on flanks , rub in salt and garlic
Wrap in buttered tinfoil
Stick in low heat coals
Turn every 10 - 20 mins. (depending on size)
Enjoy
:p

Fighting it...

I closed my eyes for a second and then it hit me. The contractions pulsed right up under my tongue. I bore down on the first one trying to delay the inevitable. I knew that i should not swallow not until it was absolutely unavoidable. I tried to maintain the pressure against the mounting tide but eventually i could not take it any more. I swallowed.

Having done so gave but a temporary reprieve. I was in there fighting it and the pressure and the contractions mounted quicker this time. Bearing down on the pulling in my throat did not seem to have the same effect and very quickly i lost the fight against swallowing again. I just had to.

Garlic and onions and jobfish on the coals... Man that thought made my mouth water...

Hard core.

Guess whats for supper tonight :)

Abri. Your recipe wins today, but Ivan, on the weekend i will try some Coral Trout your way.

Skin.
